Beijing, China. I got my Electronic engineering bachelor degree in China, and worked at an IT area in China and Singapore as an engineer. After I moved to America. I had two kids: one daughter and one son. Subsequently, I sought to understand the similarities and differences of nursing children between the two different cultures. This lead me to De Anza College where I took a child development course and finished with 50 units, which helped me a lot when dealing with my children. Recently, my daughter received her Bio Ph.D. degree from YaIe. My son will attend college next year. Of course I have a very supportive husband. I love children, I believe that every child is unique and wonderfuI. Children are our future. The key to comprehensive development in every child is to raise them in a healthy way. We, as parents and teachers, have a responsibility to provide a safe and creative environment for children and give them the best education , allowing them to grow up happily. I have been a preschool teacher for more than 10 years. I love this job because I feel happy, lively, and younger when I’m with children. Whenever I see children growing up and making even the smallest of progress, I feel a sense of accomplishment. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking and cooking.
